Campaign Terms and Conditions
I. TERMS - This contract will begin with the delivery of the product and will end once the required content was posted and the respective guidelines were met.
II. PAYMENT - The total payment will be in form of the product represented on this page, which is given to the Influencer at no pay. The product should be made available to the Influencer at the start or during the campaign. The Influencer will be liable for paying appropriate taxes.
III. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS - As part of the campaign the Influencer creates and posts content. It is in the Influencer’s responsibility to make sure the content is ready on the day it is scheduled to be posted. We advise to create the content well in advance As part of the campaign the Influencer agrees to do the following:
A. The Influencer should tag the account wom_campaigns as a “business partner” in all the post that are associated with this campaign.
B. The influencer should send screenshots of the insights of the posts done in association with this campaign to WOM Campaigns. This can happen 2-3 days after the last post was done.
C. The Influencer should create original content that is decent, honest, and factual.
D. The content should be created in advance before posting and within 4 days after receiving the product. An approval from WOM Campaigns is needed before uploading the content. Therefore, the Influencer should send the content to WOM Campaigns 3 days before posting it.
E. The approved created content will be shared by the Influencer to his/her Instagram account.
F. The Advertiser can request to the Influencer to add tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media.
G. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.
H. The content should not contain any vulgar language and should be suited for everyone.
I. The dates of when to post can be changed by the advisor if the Influencer is informed ahead of time so that enough time remains to create the content.
IV. FTC Compliance - The Influencer has to make sure to be compliant with the FTC regulations and tag “wom_campaigns” as a business partner in the in-feed post(s) and story(s) listed in the campaign requirements on the respective campaign offer on “womcampaigns.com” as well as include the hashtag #ad in the captions and stories.
V. Breach of Contract - In case the Influencer is not able to fulfill the requirements listed above and does not give prior notice and does not make it up within one week, the Advertiser is entitled to charge the Influencer $170 as compensation for the product and harm done to the image of the company.
VI. COPYRIGHT - The Influencer will own the copyright of the uploaded media. However, both WOM Campaigns as well as the company supplying the product are allowed to share it on their own respective channels.
VIII CONFIDENTIALITY - This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to see.
IX. AMENDMENT - This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (WOM Campaigns and Influencer).
